We are a Perth-based disability support provider. We believe quality support begins with listening.
Who we are
Evident Life Care provides person-centred disability supports to NDIS participants across Perth, Western Australia, including Wellard and surrounding suburbs.
We take the time to understand what matters to each person and approach everyday support with kindness and respect. Our focus is on encouraging independence, fostering connection and helping people feel valued at every step.
What we believe
Every person deserves to be heard, to make their own choices and to live life their way. Good support works alongside you. It does not take over.
Working with NDIS participants
Evident Life Care is an unregistered NDIS provider. We support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed, and we work alongside plan managers and support coordinators. We cannot support participants whose plans are NDIA-managed.
