About our meal preparation support
Meal preparation supports help you plan, shop for and prepare meals in your own home. We follow your preferences and any dietary requirements you share with us.
We can prepare meals for you, or cook alongside you to build your daily living skills and independence in the kitchen, in line with your NDIS plan goals.
What meal preparation support can include
- Meal planning and writing shopping lists
- Grocery shopping, with you or for you
- Preparing and cooking meals at home
- Preparing meals ahead for the week
- Building cooking and daily living skills
- Cleaning up the kitchen afterwards
Every arrangement is different. If there's something you need that isn't listed here, ask us and we'll talk it through.
NDIS funding
This support generally relates to the NDIS Core Supports category Assistance with Daily Life. What can be funded depends on your individual plan.
Evident Life Care is an unregistered NDIS provider. We support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. Check with your plan manager or support coordinator before you start.
Who we support
We support NDIS participants and people living with disability across Perth, including Wellard. We also welcome enquiries from families, carers, support coordinators and plan managers.
Common questions
Is Evident Life Care a registered NDIS provider?
No. Evident Life Care is an unregistered NDIS provider. We can support NDIS participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. We cannot support participants whose plans are NDIA-managed (agency-managed).
Can I use my NDIS funding with Evident Life Care?
If your plan is self-managed or plan-managed, you can generally choose to use unregistered providers. Talk with your plan manager or support coordinator about which supports in your plan can be used for our services.
Which areas do you cover?
We support NDIS participants and people living with disability across Perth, Western Australia, including Wellard and surrounding suburbs.
