About our personal care support
Personal care supports assist you with daily self-care activities. We take the time to understand how you like things done, and we support you in a way that respects your dignity, privacy and choices.
We work with you to maintain and build your independence in personal care, supporting you to do as much for yourself as you would like.
What personal care support can include
- Assistance with showering and bathing
- Assistance with dressing and grooming
- Personal hygiene support
- Morning and evening routines
- Help getting comfortable and settled
- Building independence in self-care

NDIS funding
This support generally relates to the NDIS Core Supports category Assistance with Daily Life. What can be funded depends on your individual plan.
Evident Life Care is an unregistered NDIS provider. We support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. Check with your plan manager or support coordinator before you start.
Who we support
We support NDIS participants and people living with disability across Perth, including Wellard. We also welcome enquiries from families, carers, support coordinators and plan managers.
Common questions
Is Evident Life Care a registered NDIS provider?
No. Evident Life Care is an unregistered NDIS provider. We can support NDIS participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. We cannot support participants whose plans are NDIA-managed (agency-managed).
Can I use my NDIS funding with Evident Life Care?
If your plan is self-managed or plan-managed, you can generally choose to use unregistered providers. Talk with your plan manager or support coordinator about which supports in your plan can be used for our services.
Which areas do you cover?
We support NDIS participants and people living with disability across Perth, Western Australia, including Wellard and surrounding suburbs.
