About our in-home support
In-home supports assist you with daily living tasks and routines in your own home. Supports can be a few hours a day or a few hours a week, depending on your needs and your NDIS plan.
We work with you to build your daily living skills and independence, so you can keep doing the things that matter to you at home. We do not provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) or 24/7 shared living supports.
What in-home support can include
- Support with daily routines at home
- Help managing appointments and household paperwork
- Building daily living and independent living skills
- Household tasks alongside you
- A friendly check-in during the day
- Working alongside your other supports and informal supports

NDIS funding
This support generally relates to the NDIS Core Supports category Assistance with Daily Life. What can be funded depends on your individual plan.
Evident Life Care is an unregistered NDIS provider. We support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. Check with your plan manager or support coordinator before you start.
Who we support
We support NDIS participants and people living with disability across Perth, including Wellard. We also welcome enquiries from families, carers, support coordinators and plan managers.
Common questions
Is Evident Life Care a registered NDIS provider?
No. Evident Life Care is an unregistered NDIS provider. We can support NDIS participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. We cannot support participants whose plans are NDIA-managed (agency-managed).
Can I use my NDIS funding with Evident Life Care?
If your plan is self-managed or plan-managed, you can generally choose to use unregistered providers. Talk with your plan manager or support coordinator about which supports in your plan can be used for our services.
Which areas do you cover?
We support NDIS participants and people living with disability across Perth, Western Australia, including Wellard and surrounding suburbs.
