Social and recreation supports help you take part in activities you enjoy, from hobbies and sport to events and day trips. A support worker can help you plan, attend and take part.
Taking part in social and recreational activities can help you build friendships, develop new skills and increase your participation in the community.

NDIS funding
This support generally relates to the NDIS Core Supports category Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation. What can be funded depends on your individual plan.
Evident Life Care is an unregistered NDIS provider. We support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. Check with your plan manager or support coordinator before you start.
Who we support
We support NDIS participants and people living with disability across Perth, including Wellard. We also welcome enquiries from families, carers, support coordinators and plan managers.
Common questions
Is Evident Life Care a registered NDIS provider?
No. Evident Life Care is an unregistered NDIS provider. We can support NDIS participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. We cannot support participants whose plans are NDIA-managed (agency-managed).
Can I use my NDIS funding with Evident Life Care?
If your plan is self-managed or plan-managed, you can generally choose to use unregistered providers. Talk with your plan manager or support coordinator about which supports in your plan can be used for our services.
Which areas do you cover?
We support NDIS participants and people living with disability across Perth, Western Australia, including Wellard and surrounding suburbs.
